Our Lot
The Ace Wrecker Service impound/tow lot is fully fenced and monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. We're located at 120 Holt Drive, Acworth, GA, 30101.
Our office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We are also open limited hours on the weekend (by appointment).

Absolutely. Our office hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Bring a photo ID when you come, and check in at the office upon arrival. We'll direct you to your vehicle, and you can remove any personal belongings. We are also open limited hours on the weekends by appointment, between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Ace Wrecker Service provides towing service to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, the Acworth Police Department, and the Kennesaw Police Department*. As long as there is no police hold on the vehicle, you will need to provide photo ID and proof of ownership (registration or title) when you arrive at our office. If this documentation is in your vehicle, we will escort you out on the lot to obtain it prior to the release.
*If your car was impounded at the instruction of the Kennesaw Police Department, we will also need a copy of the "Impounded Vehicle Inventory" sheet in order to release the vehicle. If this was not provided to you at the time of the incident, you may obtain a copy from the Kennesaw Police Department.
Ace Wrecker Service does provide private property/non-consensual towing services to some local businesses and residential properties. If a tow was authorized by a business or property owner, you will need to provide photo ID and proof of ownership (registration or title) when you arrive at our office. If this documentation is in your vehicle, we will escort you out on the lot to obtain it prior to the release.
